Jon Stewart thinks it is fun to make fun of people and that is how he makes his money and I understand that. Rick Sanchez, a news anchor on CNN took his "making fun of people a little too serious" and when Mr. Sanchez said that Jon Stewart is a bigot, he got fired by CNN last week. I think Mr. Sanchez also commented on CNN and that probably was why he also got fired. Anyway, I don't think Jon Stewart is a bigot because he makes fun of all races and ethnicities equally and he has comedians on his show from Muslim, to Indian, to African American, to white Americans, so the bigot thing has got to be wrong.
On the Daily Show clip I watched today on which Jon Stewart commented on Rick Sanchez getting fired, he said that he has as a guest an atheist. This is the way Jon is. He isn't a bigot and he invites anyone even if he don't believe that this is the right thing to do. All the TV personalities do because if they don't then they discrimiate. So to be a rich TV personality or celebrity you have to overlook your beliefs and I see that as wrong, very wrong, because if I think it is bad to be an atheist then I won't invite them and if I am forced to invite them and talk to them then I will not crawl into their behind but instead quit being a celebrity TV personality. I feel Jon Stewart lacks the backbone to do this though which makes me sad for him and I will continue to pray for him.
