Just think of the mountains of trash humanity has and is creating on this earth. In the Bible it talks about the site that was always burning where the trash went. I need to look up to see what that place was called again. If anyone knows please let me know.


Every time you open a can made of tin, or you have glass bottles or jars, or have old phone books, papers, plastic bottles, or anything to throw away, think of the trash mountains getting bigger and bigger. This past summer I was on a trip to Paris TN with people from a group and we passed a huge trash dump in my area and I could smell the horrible smell of decaying things. It smelled so rotten. I thought about the people living near the dump and thought they must surely hate that smell. I pitied them so much.


Here in Tennessee where I live there is still no recycling for phone books and the recycling is just not the priority of the people in this area where I live. I find this terrible. I keep thinking of the trash mountains getting bigger and bigger all over the world. Not enough things getting recycled at all. Nobody really is caring enough about these matters. I wrote to my congressman Mr. Pitts and he said he'd look into it but he never got back to me. I wonder what he has done. He can't make people care but maybe he could make recycling the norm here in this state.


People take from the nature that God made and then as thank You to God they make trash mountains and God is seeing this and smelling this from heaven.


I would like if everyone got together and send mail to their congress people and spread the news to have recycling to increase and increase until all the waste disappears. It should be our top priority if we care about the miraculous life God gave us. Go look up your congressman online and email him or her and ask for more recycling and that you think if is urgent. I will have to remind my congressman what he has done so far because this is urgent and I didn't ask him to help just for a passing pastime but for an urgent request for the environment!!


Do the best you can to also help the environment and forward and also copy and paste this email to as many as you can think of. Also write your congressman and to environmental agencies to have things change. This is everyone’s job to make it better.
